Sub Zero made a large impact on dancefloors on the last 12” and here he puts some more serious smackdown into action with a filthy rework of ‘Spin Doc’ and a fresh piece in the form of ‘Dodge City’
The former is a growling, warping beast with pounding bass combinations and clattering drum edits. The flip, ‘Dodge City’, has a string sample made famous by Busta Rhymes winds its way through the intro. When the bass drops it’s all over with grinding notes and heavy low-end subs.
Putting himself to work in the studio Sub Zero comes up with his second high quality 12” since going solo last year, and it’s another pair of immense bangers.
Old skool legend and nu-skool rave hero Potential Bad Boy brings some Ganja flavours once again. Taking almost two decades’ worth of knowledge of how to get floors moving, PBB sticks to his musical guns while giving his tracks a modern sheen.
Alright folks, here comes the first release of 2010 from the legendary Ganja Records. Hijacking your pennies this time is the inimitable Taxman with a whole host of new sounds packed into an EP.
